The scope of Vectra's Managed Operations service includes server and systems operation, server security/maintenance updates, corporate backup monitoring, e-mail (exchange) monitoring and reporting, SQL server monitoring and reporting. Vectra also have the capability and resources to provide anti-virus functionality and effectiveness reporting and monitoring. We offer the option of including bundled provision and life-cycle management (tech refresh) of servers and/or storage infrastructure as part of administration services for contracts of three years or more. Vectra Managed Operations Services can also include basic administration services (add or remove users, change passwords, update/modify permissions) as bundled services on a monthly retainer fee for adds, moves and changes.

Help Desk Service (Level 2)
Configuration and implementation of new servers and/or services
Configuration Management / Change control processes including sign offs and change tracking
Equipment / Performance / Availability issue investigation, problem resolution, and regular health reporting
Capacity management reporting of growth in resource utilization (CPU / Disk / Memory etc)
Managed vendor maintenance contracts for equipment and software together with problem escalation and problem management for faults and repairs to equipment
Licence management services
