Service Desk
The Vectra Service Desk is the core of our Technical Support Services. It is the central point for proactive management of customer issues providing the oversight of the registering, tracking and co-ordination of activities related to Vectra's provision of services. Our well trained and experienced staff are skilled in all aspects of customer service, including competencies in basic problem diagnosis to ensure that calls are handled efficiently and effectively.
Our service desk ITIL aligned process and procedures are designed to deal with all aspects of service delivery, and provide a consistentency in call handling and resolution. Service desk services include incident management, vendor liason, remote resolution and user account management.
On-Call Expertise
Vectra provides an end-to-end outsourcing service to manage your IT infrastructure, giving you access to expertise and experience without a high internal cost or distraction from your core business. Operationally, our team becomes part of your team, working on-site and always focusing on improving your business outcomes.
Network and PC Deployments
Vectra has extensive experience in rolling out large-scale network and PC deployments. VTS undertakes projects ranging from greenfield sites to lease fleet refreshes, where old machines are removed and replaced with new servers and PCs.
IBM Warranty House
Vectra is certified by IBM as SA's only IBM Authorised Warranty agent for warranty repairs on the IBM range of desktop and file server products. VTS provides both on-site and return to base services. VTS also operates a call centre to manage support calls and allocate tasks.
Network Design
Vectra designs your corporate network based on a full understanding of your business, return-on-investment and risk minimisation goals. VTS can review your strategic technology direction and assess its business/cost justification. VTS also assists with system design, process re-engineering, organisational impact, implementation and project management.
System Intergration and Administration
Vectra's strong partnerships with major hardware, software and networking vendors allow VTS to design and implement fully integrated solutions to benefit you. VTS undertakes project-based solution deployments and technical support services. VTS professional skills include certifications from Microsoft, IBM, Cisco, 3Com, Citrix, Trend Micro, Linux and UNIX.
