Warranty and Maintenance

Vectra Corporation believes our maintenance capabilities provide a clear differentiator in the market. For instance, we provide an in-house hardware maintenance warranty supported by certified Engineers. For the customer, this means your hardware is maintained by the same organisation who supplied the equipment, which reduces the repair time.

We've also developed an asset audit service which is incorporated in our managed service portfolio and can be used independently. This service includes electronic scanning of serial numbers that enables a report to be produced in a format preferable to the customer. This ensures that assets are accountable at all times.
